We gather in the Dance Temple on

Located above Escape Cafe, New Plymouth

Step into the Dance Temple, where movement becomes a prayer.

Flow like water, breathe with the tides, and remember the ocean within.
Through sacred sound, embodied dance, and ritual connection,
dissolve into your body and be moved, be melted from within.
Step in with presence, flow out awakened.

THE FLOW

6:00PM - Doors open for gentle arrival, connection, exploration of the space and a blessing on arrival.

6:30PM - We spiral into circle with Blue Lotus tea to ground.
From here the music and movement journey begins

8.45PM - We close with integration and shared kai to nourish body and spirit.
