The Sacred Current is a 2-hour immersive temple journey designed to awaken your life force and reconnect you to the living intelligence within your body.

Through somatic movement, Kundalini activation, sacred sound, and energetic transmission, we open a field for completion, release, and embodied ignition allowing what has been held, coiled, or outgrown to fall away, so the next cycle can be met with clarity and strength.

Sound Healing
Vibrational medicine through crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Tibetan bowls. A beautiful way to support deep integration and restoration.

What is Integrated Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini Activation is a profound energy healing experience that awakens the dormant life-force energy within you — often referred to as Kundalini — the sacred, intelligent energy that lives at the base of the spine.

When activated, this energy rises through the body, moving through the chakra system, releasing blockages, recalibrating your energetic field, and reconnecting you with your true essence.

This isn’t something you “do” — it’s something you surrender to. The activation happens through transmission — a deeply intuitive process where I (as the facilitator) work with your energy field, guiding the Kundalini energy to awaken naturally and safely, in alignment with your system’s readiness.

What to Expect in a Session

You’ll lie down in savasana, fully clothed, eyes closed, relaxing deeply.
Music is played to support the energetic journey - the music moves through a variety of styles designed to activate you in different ways.
I will move intuitively around the space, gently interacting with your energy field using light touch or proximity.
You may experience:
- Emotional release
- Somatic movement (spontaneous body responses)
- Energetic surges
- Deep states of bliss, stillness, or clarity
- Visions, insights, or spontaneous healing

This is not a mental process. There’s nothing to figure out. Your only job is to relax and let go.

Preparation

No previous experience is required
Wear loose comfortable clothing - bring layers as temperated can shift dramatically.
Do not eat up to 2 hours before the session, eat lightly if you must (nuts, fruit)

Please bring layers - you might like to bring a light throw/blanket. Your temperature will likely change.

Kundalini Activation is a deep energetic experience and may not be suitable for everyone. If you are currently experiencing or have a history of any of the following, please reach out before attending:

Neurological disorders (e.g. epilepsy, seizures)
Current use of antipsychotic medications
Pregnancy (in the first trimester or high-risk pregnancies)
Recent major surgery or physical trauma
Active addiction or currently in substance withdrawal
Any condition that may be triggered by intense emotional or energetic release
