The Sacred Heart Portal Cacao~Breathwork~Meditation~Reiki

Hello beautiful Souls 

Kristy and Meegs are bringing a beautiful and deep immersion celebrating the sacred heart portal. 

This journey is going to be really special. Kristy and Meegs have experienced it all together. They have travelled to the depths of their souls in learning the art of facilitating a sacred space. They have completed both, Cacao Mama facilitators course, as well as, Cacao Mama Masters, with the beautiful Tess Martin from Cacao Mama International. 

As we journey together you will be guided into a profound opening and connecting in with your sacred heart portal. The centre of your universe. The space where magic, softness, strength and wisdom lays within. A space to unlock and discover your inner worth and beauty. 

We will guide you through powerful invocations honouring our four corners and the sacred beings that hold these spaces. You will be led into relaxing breathwork, breaking down the tensions we store in our body. 

It is our honour to co-create a space of connection, heart healing, remembrance and celebration of you. 

Please join us on Friday the 24th of February at 6.30 pm. Feel free to bring your journals, blankets and pillows. Yoga mats are supplied. Spots are limited.  

Cacao and mugs will be supplied on the night. Bring an open heart. These ceremonies are designed to hold you and offer a safe space for you to be all that you are. 

A time to connect in with the ancient wisdom of this incredible plant medicine, your hearts and other beautiful souls.

If you experience severe respiratory or cardiovascular issues and/or disease, experience seizures or epilepsy, you will have the necessary medication and equipment necessary including methods of contact for medical assistance at hand in the highly unlikely event that you should require it.
