In the whirlwind of life, when was the last time you truly paused to breathe?

We give so much of ourselves to work, family and the endless to-do lists, often forgetting to care for the one who carries it all - ourselves.

The Sacred Pause is an invitation to step away from the busyness and come home to yourself.

In this 2-hour Breathe & Restore workshop, you’ll be guided through a gentle yet transformative breathwork practice to:

✨ Release tension stored in your body
✨ Quiet your mind and soothe your nervous system
✨ Recharge your energy with stillness and intention

Accompanied by a curated soundscape and held in a warm, supportive environment, this session is more than just a pause - it’s a reset. You’ll leave feeling restored, grounded and with tools to carry this sense of peace into your everyday life.

To close, you’re welcome to stay for light refreshments, as you slowly integrate and connect with others in the space.

🌿 Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate and personalised experience.

What to Bring:

The space will be set up with yoga mats, bolsters and some blankets, but we encourage you to bring any additional items to make yourself more comfortable – such as a cosy blanket, warm socks, an eye mask, and a water bottle.
