In the busyness of life, it’s so easy to forget to make time for ourselves. We often prioritise everything else over our own well-being, without taking a moment to pause, to breathe, to be….

The Sacred Pause - Breathe & Restore is an opportunity to slow down & reconnect.

This workshop will help you to release tension, quieten your mind, and create space for stillness and renewal. You’ll leave with practical tools to reset and feel grounded, even in life’s busiest moments.

Join me for a gentle, guided breathwork session focused on nervous system regulation and relaxation.

What to expect:

Breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system
Soothing music to enhance relaxation
Time to connect with like-minded individuals in a peaceful setting

This is your chance to take a sacred pause, to breathe deeply, and to nourish the body, mind and soul.
