Sometimes we simply need permission to pause.
To step away from the noise and busyness of everyday life, take a deeper breath and create a little space for ourselves.
The Sacred Pause is a nurturing 120 minute experience, inviting you to slow down, connect within and return home to yourself.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Held collaboratively by Heart, Spirit & Soul Collective and Space of Wellness, you’ll be gently guided through:
Spirit Breathwork: connect with your breath, soften and create space to release what is no longer serving you.
Cacao Ceremony: begin by slowing down, connecting inward and setting an intention for your journey.
Reiki: connect to the present moment and allow yourself to simply rest and receive.
Crystal Sound Bath: through the chakras: surrender into deep rest as the resonance of crystal singing bowls guides you through the chakra energy centres.
Integration & Reflection: gently return, ground and take a quiet moment to notice what is present for you.
Places are intentionally limited to create a nurturing and supported journey. There is nothing you need to achieve and no particular way you need to feel.
