Please note: Doors will be locked at 5:45pm, so we can create a safe, undisturbed container for the dance journey. Make sure to arrive 5 minutes early to settle in – we wouldn't want you to miss the magic!

Please bring:

- A yoga mat and blanket

- A bottle of water

- An open mind :)

- Wear clothes that you feel good in and that you can also move freely in
