A Late Autumn Grounding Sound Journey

Nature's Helping Hand | Norton Shores, MI

As the days grow shorter and the seasons shift, autumn invites us to slow down, turn inward, and embrace stillness.

Join Vibe Wellness & Sound Healing for a restorative one-hour sound healing experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Settle into a cozy space as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other gentle instruments create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. This is your opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and simply be.

No experience is necessary. Just come as you are, ready to rest and receive.

What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable lying down for the experience.

Give yourself permission to slow down. Your sanctuary awaits.
