Our next Immersion day is coming up in September

Another full day of yoga goodness for you all to share.

Our October theme is "Blossoming into Spring". The day will give you the space to plant the seeds, discovering fresh perspectives to transform yourself and start the habits that you want to carry with you into the rest of the year. We begin at 9am connecting with breathe, transitioning into a flowing yoga asana sequence that will help to clear out mental, emotional & physical stagnation making space for growth & renewal. A wholesome, nourishing brunch is provided before we spend the afternoon leaning into some self care techniques, walking meditation & journalling to create just the right environment to settle into a quieter restorative sequence and yoga nidra.

Please bring along:

Yoga Mat
2 x yoga blocks
1 x blanket
1 x bolster
Water bottle
Cup for tea/coffee
