THE SEASON TO RECEIVE

Fill your cup before the season asks you to pour

We all know that feeling when December starts creeping closer, the calendar fills, and work becomes busier. Of course, it's the time of year where there are people to see, things to organise, presents to buy and somehow, amongst it all, you are just trying to find a little time for yourself.

Before you know it...you're running on empty!

What if there was another way and this year could feel a little different?

Instead of heading into the festive season already exhausted, overwhelmed or stretched too thin, you gave yourself a moment to pause?

A moment to take a breath, to reconnect with yourself and to create a little more space for the things and people that really matter.

Our offering to you:

Join BreathVana & Wellness With Mel for a beautiful three-hour wellbeing experience blending gentle yoga, intentional breathwork, oracle reflection and the soothing sound journey.

Creating a nurturing space to slow down, step away from the demands of everyday life and explore what it feels like to receive, rather than constantly give.

No expectations | No pressure to be anything other than who you are | Three hours that are completely yours

A little more:

Yoga & mindful movement

Gently reconnect with your body through a yin-style practice, creating the space to soften, deepen and receive.

Guided breathwork

Explore the power of your breath as an invitation to settle, become present and reconnect with yourself. Designed to help you slow down, build awareness and leave feeling clearer and more present.

Oracle reflection & intention

A little space for curiosity, meaningful reflection, inspiration, and to consider what you would love to welcome into the season ahead.

Sound journey

Settle into stillness and enjoy an immersive sound experience, with space to rest, listen and simply be.

Imagine entering the silly season feeling...

A little more grounded in yourself.

More aware of your energy and where you would like to place it.

Being intentional with your time, your boundaries and the things that fill your cup.

It's not that life suddenly became less busy, but because you have taken a moment to consider how you want to move through it.

You deserve to enjoy the season, not just get through it.

This experience is for you if...

You are feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed or low on energy.

A calendar filling faster than your cup.

Spend so much time caring for everyone else that you rarely make space for yourself.

You're craving rest, connection or a moment away from all the noise.

You would simply love three hours of nourishing time for yourself.
