Event description

Perimenopause and menopause are often framed only as endings — yet across cultures they are also seen as a time of renewal, wisdom, and transformation. How might reframing this stage of life shift the way we care for ourselves and one another?

In this discussion, psychologist Fotini Koklas explores the emotional and psychological dimensions of perimenopause and menopause, with perspectives on ADHD, neurodiversity, and how these transitions can uniquely intersect with our inner lives.

With compassion and insight, Fotini invites us to rethink these changes not as decline, but as a second spring — a powerful opportunity to rediscover agency, self-understanding, and new ways of living with meaning.

This conversation is for anyone navigating perimenopause or menopause, supporting loved ones through it, or curious about how we might collectively transform the narrative of this profound life stage.
