Disposable coffee cups are the most visible sign of a cafe's sustainability footprint, but they are just the beginning. True cafe sustainability needs a wholistic and intentional approach - from strategic menu planning, food waste reduction, cafe location, facility logistics, plus the staffing.

• To/From Car Transport: Car with parking in surrounding neighbourhood streets

• To/ From Bus and Train Transport: Train to Adamstown Station, then Bus No.14 goes along Glebe Road; Bus No. 28 stops on nearest cross street Brunker Road with a short walk to the venue; Bus No.21 stops at nearest cross Streets James Street or Coady Street with a short walk to the venue.

• Toilets on site

• Accessibility: Glebe Road is a busy main road with limited street parking out the front and no dedicated accessible park. There are footpaths linking the side streets to the main street, and these may be uneven. There may be a couple of steps up to order food, but also a ramp. There are a couple of steps to the toilet.

• Kid Friendly: Kids are welcome to attend but the information is for adults. Up until primary school-aged children are free. Highschool-equivalent ages (eg homeschooling students) are requested to purchase a ticket.

• Wet weather: The event will still go ahead in inclement weather. Please bring a raincoat or umbrella for your comfort, as indoor seating is not guaranteed. If weather is extreme (according to the Bureau of Meteorology), the event may be postponed. You will be notified of this via email.
