Leadership in a dynamic early learning landscape: Adaptive and intentional - What it takes to succeed in 2027

Leading an early childhood education and care organisation, team or service has never been more complex. Today's leaders are expected to deliver quality outcomes, support their teams, navigate change, maintain strong operational performance and respond to the evolving expectations of families, regulators and the wider community.

The Sector Connect + ECEC Leadership and Success Forum 2027 brings together leaders from across the sector for a day of candid conversations, fresh perspectives and practical insights into what effective leadership really looks like in contemporary early learning settings.

Through expert presentations, leadership panels, real-world case studies and thought-provoking discussions, the forum will explore the challenges of leading people, building strong workplace cultures, making difficult decisions and creating sustainable, high-performing services.

Because the future of ECEC depends not only on the quality of our services, but on the quality of our leadership.

Join us as we curate and deliver The Sector Connect + ECEC Leadership and Success Forum 2027, taking place in July 2027 on the Gold Coast, QLD.
