As Deputy Secretary, Early Childhood Education at the Victorian Department of Education, Ms FitzGerald leads major reforms, policies and initiatives aimed at strengthening the early childhood sector. Her work includes a strong focus on improving outcomes for disadvantaged children. Bronwen FitzGerald leads design and implementation of policy, programs, and funding for Victoria’s early childhood education sector, including government-owned and operated services and a suite of access, quality, equity and participation programs and reforms.
