Integrate your insights through somatic practices, breathwork, and movement to create embodied, aligned action.

Carolyn King - Kinesiologist, Brain Gym Instructor, mBIT Coach, Positive Psychology Master Coach, HeartMath Practitioner, Author and Creator. Carolyn brings a body‑based approach to self‑discovery and alignment, integrating movement, kinesiology, and heart-based practices for meaningful transformation.
