A Self-Love Workshop with Looking for Ladybird!

In this workshop, Eddie helps young people find out what makes them unique and embrace themselves for all they are worth!

If you have seen or had your young person attend Eddie’s workshops before, you will know that they are always a bright, happy and inviting space for young people to grow and make new friends. During adolescence, the ‘chaotic brain' thrives off creativity and activities that get young people moving and interacting. That is why, Eddie’s workshops are always hands-on, creative and never boring!

About the mentor (Eddie):

Eddie is a primary school teacher, a qualified holistic life coach and a qualified youth mentor. She has a passion for positive self-development and her experiences, enthusiasm, and creativity help tweens & teens appreciate themselves in a trusting, supportive, and powerful environment. Her workshops provide adolescents with the routines and tools they need to lead a happy, healthy and self-confident life.

Her experience as a teacher has made her very aware of the need for wellness, leadership and motivational workshops in the community and in schools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education with ACU

- Diploma / Certified Holistic Life Coach through Mind Body Food Institute

- Certified Youth Mentor through Shine from Within

- Certificate in Steiner Education

Where: Space 10, Palm Beach- 26/24 Tenth Ave, Palm Beach

When: Thursday 29th of June, QLD School Holidays - Week 1

Time: 9-11 am
