A Self-Love Workshop with Looking for Ladybird!

When you learn to embrace your unique qualities and quirks, the world is a better place to be! Why should you aspire to fit in, when you were born to be different?

In this workshop, Eddie helps young people find out what makes them unique and embrace themselves for all they are worth!

Workshop flow:

DISCOVER - What makes me unique?
LEARN- Learning how to talk to yourself in a positive way
CREATE- Create your daily self-care checklist

If you have seen or had your young person attend Eddie’s workshops before, you will know that they are always a bright, happy and inviting space for young people to grow and make new friends. During adolescence, the ‘chaotic brain' thrives off creativity and activities that get young people moving and interacting. That is why, Eddie’s workshops are always hands-on, creative and never boring!
