The Seven Reset
Description
The Seven Reset
A 3-hour journey through Slow Flow, Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
As we approach the end of 2026, life can start to feel a little busier. Between work, commitments and everything we try to fit into our days, we often forget to make time for ourselves.
Seven Reset is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body and take a moment to appreciate everything you've experienced, achieved and given throughout the year.
Inspired by the seven chakras, traditionally associated with different aspects of our physical and emotional wellbeing, this experience brings together movement, breath, stillness and sound. Three practices thoughtfully connected to help you explore different sensations in your body, find balance and create space to simply be.
Throughout these three hours, we'll move from a gentle Slow Flow practice into the stillness of Yin Yoga, before finishing with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath.
A moment to pause, reconnect and celebrate yourself before stepping into the final weeks of the year.
Our journey
Slow Flow Yoga | Riya
We’ll begin with a gentle, breath-led yoga practice, moving through poses at a slow and unhurried pace, giving you time to connect with your body, build awareness and strength, and explore the connection between movement and breath.
This practice is open to all levels, including complete beginners, with options and modifications for different bodies and needs.
Yin Yoga & Pranayama | Diana
Inspired by the seven chakras, this Yin Yoga practice invites you to slow down, surrender into each pose and explore the sensations within your body.
With the support of props, poses will be held for several minutes, gently working with the body's connective tissues and fascia.
We'll also explore pranayama (breathing exercises) to help settle the mind and prepare the body for a restful Savasana.
Sound Bath | Coni
Throughout the Yin practice, gentle sounds will accompany the experience, creating space to settle more deeply into each pose.
To close our journey, you'll be invited to rest and enjoy a soothing Sound Bath, where carefully selected instruments and gentle vibrations support relaxation, allowing your body and mind to slow down, rest and restore.
