The Shark Cage

This workshop is for those who have you experienced abuse in their life and are struggling to understand why this has happened and how to heal from the impacts? You will be guided to recognise the difference between Sharks who violate your Human Rights and Dolphins who support your rights. This is an empowering 8 x 90-minute session workshop, helping you to create a life that puts you and your rights at the centre. This workshop requires attendance one session a week for six weeks at the Nutchee Centre of the Philip Street Communities Precinct.
