The SheSessions is a nourishing and sensual embodiment practice for humans identifying as woman. No previous experiences needed.

Through movements and vocal guidance l lead you into an effortless place, where the energy in your body awakens, the fluidity, the sensuality, the relaxation, the strength.
It is feminine embodiment at its finest, supporting women to move out of the linear world and discover circular and wavelike ways to move the body. This enables deep softening and releasing of tension, held stress and emotions.

Supported by deeply going into the physical body, we awaken the feeling body and the erotic body. It's like training another type of 'muscle', the more we can reside in the pleasurable, the wholesomeness of the sensual/erotic essence the easier it is to be in it and access it in daily life. Being in this energy brings so much healing into our bodies and souls, it's pure beingness and aliveness cursing through our being, gently opening up constrictions, numb or frozen places.

We engage in deeply feminine, circular and spiral movements with lots of grounding, clearing and opening aspects, strength is cultivated on an effortless way

In this practice we cultivate :

Deepening into the base, the pelvic and earth, accessing the downward spiral, the connection into the earth.

Fluidity in the body which comes through softening and gentle opening through circular and wave like movements; fluidity awakens sensuality and brings deep nourishment into the joints, the tendons, the fascia, the muscle and the skin.

Your authentic expression, opening into sounding; humming, sighing, growling … leaning into the permission to allow your being to have a sound as you move and feel and are, as you spend time entering your physicality and accessing your essence, your truth, your humanness. Amidst many things this supports the vagal nerve, which regulates/supports facial expression, thyroid function, heart, digestion and the sense of safety in the relational field.

Alignment into your vertical, the 3 energy centers; womb - heart -3rd eye; supported be the earth below and heaven above.

The capacity to be with life as it unfolds around us and to train in staying aligned and grounded amidst challenging life situations.

Attending to seasonal meridians :
As we’re entering the later part of summer we’ll be attending to the spleen and stomach meridians; these meridians associate with the Earth element and deeply affect our digestion and absorption particularly of the sweetness of food and the sweetness of life. Nourishment and desire,the feminine aspects of it; the capacity and creativity to grow a human and a project in the womb is deeply related to the spleen too. A strong Earth element also supports the right moisture balance in the body, this is so desirable in our muggy climate!

This sounds like a lot but I weave it all into a beautifully guided flow. My guidance is an offering and you’re always invited to listen in and if your body needs something else please follow that guidance. Also Rest is always an option.

I draw on 25 years of practice in dancing, somatic practices like BMC, contact Improvisation, Daoist practices, Chi Gong, different styles of Yoga and Meditations and Movement in Nature. I have a diploma in Sacred Feminine Yoga and I’m trained in Ki Yoga which is based on the Chinese meridian system. I weave all of these experiences into my sessions.
