As the year begins to wind down, many of us find ourselves running on empty - overwhelmed, disconnected and craving a moment to simply breathe. This gentle 2 hour session is a chance to pause, soften and recalibrate.

Held by a team of experienced practitioners; Dr. Katherine Harrison, Felicity Grace, Lauren Stewart, Kimberly Ashton and Jess Crapis, Return to Centre offers you a safe, soothing space to rest deeply and receive.

Together, we'll guide you through a carefully curated blend of:

Spinal Energetics (subtle yet powerful energy work)
Restorative breath practices
Nervous system regulation techniques
Healing soundscapes (think bowls, chimes, soft frequency work)
Gentle guided meditation

This is your invitation to pause, breathe and receive. It will be a gentle drop-in before the festive rush begins. You don't need to do anything. Just arrive as you are and let yourself be supported.

Eat lightly or avoid food before the session; if needed, a light snack like fruit is acceptable

Contraindications

Energy Healing and Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices:

Pregnancy (at any stage)
Severe PTSD or trauma
Actively using recreational drugs
Taking any medication that alters brain chemistry like anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.
Prescription blood thinners or anti-clotting medications
Osteoporosis
Detached Retina
Glaucoma
Kidney disease
High Blood Pressure
Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack, or any other cardiovascular issues
Strokes or TIAs
Seizures, history of seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease
Diagnosis of aneurysm (of any kind)
Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
Diabetes (any type)
Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session
Epilepsy
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
Suicidal ideation
Severe psychosomatic disorders
Recent surgery, stitches or injury
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release

If you are on the contraindication list, you are not a candidate for the full breathwork technique, but we are happy to discuss modified, gentle breathwork and would recommend 1:1 sessions instead. Please do not continue to book a session if you have any of the contraindications listed above until you speak to the organiser. Please reach out if you are unsure or have any queries.
