Combining the wisdom of ancients with the latest in neuroscience and quantum physics to bring you a group process that has the power to shift generations of suffering and unhappiness.

We unconsciously "take on" destructive familial patterns of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, aloneness, addiction and even illness as a way of "belonging" in our families and culture.

This powerful, embodied process allows us to release these patterns so that we can live healthier, happier, more fulfilled and thriving lives. The result creates genuine change that ripples through your life. When we do our own specific process, the shift in our inner system is deep and profound. In participating for each other, we enrich our emotional intelligence, clear our own patterns, expand out consciousness and tangibly experience our inter-connected reality. Heal the guilt, shame, judgement, limiting beliefs and destructive patterns that keep you stuck.

This process reveals the system's influence on your behaviour and even life events. The shifts attained in this process can be equated to 6 -12 months of regular psychotherapy.

What you carry from here on is the STRENGTH, LOVE AND POWER of your lineage and a cleared neuro-circuit, enabling your unencumbered expression to EMERGE.The shifts are felt by the whole group. There is no requirement to reveal any more than you feel comfortable to share, for the process to be effective.

A profound and miraculous day filled with love and devotion to bringing out our best selves to shine in the world.
