Please join us for our July Wine Dinner with Collector Wines.
Our collaborative dinner with Collector Wines will be on Saturday 22nd July from 6:30pm for canapés and dinner at 7pm. Indulge in a delicious seasonal menu by Head Chef at The Sir George paired with outstanding wines from Collector Wines.
Their grapes come from vineyards dotted around the Canberra District and region, but the cellar door is in the heart of country Collector, just outside Canberra. Read more here.
