The Sir George x Tumblong Hills Wine Dinner

Join us for an exclusive evening of culinary delight and wine exploration at the The Sir George. This unique event promises an unforgettable journey through a meticulously crafted seasonal menu by our esteemed Head Chef, Anthony Davis, paired with the exquisite collection of wines from Tumblong Hills.

Simon from Tumblong Hills will guide us through each pairing, sharing insights into the winemaking process, the unique characteristics of each varietal, and the art of pairing wine with food.

Dinner with Tumblong Hills will be on Saturday 4th May from 6:30pm for canapés and dinner at 7pm.
