Sunday, January 12th | 5pm-7pm + time to hang around for dinner which will be pizza ordered from Ginos Millicent 

As always the Sister Sanctuary will Ignite your feminine flow, reset your nervous system, and recharge your soul while connecting deeply with like-minded women.

However, the theme is DREAM BIG. What do you desire to call in for 2025? Together we will workshop your goals and you will leave with clarity on how you would like to spend the new year. Feeling confident and empowered to create all you desire. 

Hosted by Amelia- Amelia is a retreat facilitator, energy healer and hypnotherapist who has been running women’s spaces and conscious community groups for over 4 years. Each time she sees the magic that happens when women come together in this way. 

Experience:

· Meaningful conversations and sharing circle 

· Journaling to reflect and align intentions for 2025

· Breathwork and meditation with sound healing instruments

· NLP Goal Setting Technique 

· Pizza dinner to finish

What to bring:

 · Journal and pen

· Water bottle

· Yoga mat

· Comfortable clothing

· An offering for the altar (flower, crystal, jewellery, etc.)

· Optional: eye pillow, pillow, blanket
