Hosted by Amelia- Amelia is a retreat facilitator, energy healer and hypnotherapist who has been running women’s spaces and conscious community groups for over 4 years. Each time she sees the magic that happens when women come together in this way. 

Experience:

· Breathwork and meditation with sound healing instruments

· Journaling to reflect and align intentions

· Deep connection exercise

· Meaningful conversations and sharing circle 

· Stay after the event to enjoy a heart opening cacao, a cookie and watch the sunset

What to bring:

 · Journal and pen

· Water bottle

· Yoga mat

· Comfortable clothing

· An offering for the altar (flower, crystal, jewellery, etc.)

· Optional: eye pillow, pillow, blanket

· Parking available on the lawn out front near the house
