Join us for a gentle, creative evening to honour the Winter Solstice—an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect as we transition through the darkest part of the year. This free 1.5-hour workshop will combine simple embodied movement practices with creative art-making, offering a grounded and supportive space to explore inner warmth, renewal, and connection.

The session is facilitated by Gemma Fox—a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist currently based on the beautiful Mid North Coast, NSW. With over 20 years’ experience across education and the arts, Gemma brings a warm, client-centered approach to help people connect with themselves and others through creativity, movement, and nature.

No prior art or movement experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore. All materials provided.
