The Soulwaves Alpha ∞ Theta Reset
Description
Join husband-and-wife team Matt and Jeannie for a deeply relaxing evening of guided meditation, crystal sound bowl healing, and Reiki energy alignment at Pure Wonder Soul Studio.
This gentle experience invites you into the subtle space between Alpha and Theta - where the mind slows, the body softens, and rest naturally follows. As effort fades and awareness expands, the nervous system is supported to reset and gently rebalance.
You’re invited to simply rest, breathe, and allow yourself to drift inward… to be carried, sink into stillness, and float back with ease - returning to your world feeling grounded, supported, and refreshed.
