The Sound of Essence

The Sound of Essence is a sacred immersive experience that weaves together the resonant tones of bowls, gongs, drums, chimes with channeled vocalization, These intuitive vocal transmissions carry frequencies beyond words, inviting deep spiritual alignment, renewal and remembrance.

The session unfolds naturally in the moment allowing sound to emerge as a living expression of essence.

As instrument and voice intertwine, a spacious energetic field gently invites the body to soften, the mind to quieten and awareness to settle on the stillness within.

Held with presence and deep respect, this gathering offers a sanctuary in which to pause, receive and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your own essence. Whether you are seeking rest, renewal, healing, inspiration or a remembrance of your true nature, you are warmly invited to enter the field and allow the sound to hold you.

The session takes place in my home, in a relaxed heart centered setting. A lived in, partly renovated space held with warmth rather than perfection.

Mats are provided. Please bring:

~ Blanket and pillow

~ Eye mask or pillow (optional)

~ Any personal totems or sacred items to create your own unique space.
