Frequently asked questions (FAQs):

What should I bring? Just yourself, an open mind and heart (Blankets, yoga mats and bolsters are provided)
What should I wear? Something comfortable you can relax in. The room will be heated
What time should I arrive? 4:55pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 5:00 and doors will be shut after 5 mins.
𝘏ow should I prepare? Try to only eat light foods prior to the session. Avoid coffee or other stimulating drinks at least 2 hours prior to receive the full effects of the practices
