• Pork: Josper Roasted Porchetta served with roast potatoes & red wine jus (GF/DF)
• Beef: Wagyu Crumbed Steak MB4 served with skin on fries & creamy mushroom sauce
• Salmon: Atlantic Salmon served with Josper roasted baby potatoes, broccolini & herb caper butter (GF)
• Chicken: Pollo Supremo chicken breast, creamy mushroom sauce & grilled green beans (GF)
• Chicken: Chicken Vodka Parmigiana served with skin-on fries
• Vegetarian: Rigatoni alla Vodka Tomato, cream & vodka sauce (GF+/DF+/V)

• Potato wedges, sweet chilli & sour cream
• Apple & walnut salad (GF/V) Sliced apple, rocket, walnut, shaved grana, white balsamic dressing.
• Heirloom tomato, feta & herbs (GF/V) Fetta, herbs, balsamic reduction & evoo.
