You are invited to The Spectrum of Breathwork.

Breathing is one of the most fundamental operations that we do. It's the first survival need, above the rest.

We are not taught how to breathe and how to navigate life's experiences through our breath.

This workshop is the fundamentals of learning how to breathe. Experiencing the range of breathwork, from fast to slow and everything in between.

It impacts your emotional state, your mental state, your ability to handle situations and regulate in our day to day. It can also go beyond into the spiritual and psychedelic.

The importance of breath and breath training cannot be understated. So if you want to improve your breath. Sign up today and experience beyond your current understanding of what breath can do.


Please come in comfortable clothing. We will be outside so you may want to bring a warm outer layer.

Bring a water bottle

Yoga mats are provided but if you want to bring your own, do communicate so.

If you are pregnant or have heart conditions. Do advise as we do not recommend that you do the faster breathing practices.
