🕷️  Grimoire's Spider Gala & Social Evening for the Alternative World - Musically Inspired by Alternative culture (Goth, Emo, Punk, Synth/Darkwave, Metal, Classic Rocker, & Beyond) to inspirations from Modern Horror - stories of the Haunted Mansion or Resident Evil, Village, - we've crafted The Spider Gala - a social and community event. The goal of this event is to bring together lovers of dark fiction, horror film/media, alternative music (goth/emo++), rockers, counterculture, and Halloween under the stars & spotlights in Los Angeles to meet and build expansions of your social web. The social gala may include other fun activations and surprises, but the main structure of this event is to build a social web (no pun intended) of new people in the alternative world - meeting new connections, networking, or being open to social experience is part of this event for the alternative community. Attendees must be kind, open, and be open to meeting others - everyone must be respectful, professional, and open to being approached.

🖤 Dress Code: we warmly welcome all dark fashion expressions—whether your vibe leans into gothic, emo, cosplay, vampire, Horror, Halloween, pink/scene, punk, or minimalist dark wear/formal —all guests are encouraged to mix up their fashions into a look that feels completely like you (live your truth) - if you cannot figure out what to wear, guests should wear dark black clothing, shoes, and attire. The dress code is enforced - you must be in something alternative or all black/emo/sexy - this is at the Academy LA (we do not allow hoodies/snapbacks) - colors of the hosts' choice are also acceptable: (Joey's choice: black/white) & (Lawr's choice: Pink, Purple, Neon Green) or Grimoire House Color's (Red)
