Pets Not Allowed

Any venomous, overly large or illegal pets are excluded from the pet photography. If you are unsure if your pet meets the criteria please contact the Centre Management team on 9344 1822.

Pet Entry

All pets must enter the shopping centre via the Gloria Jeans entry, located off Sudbury Road.

Rules & Requirements

All bookings accept to adhere to the following rules and requirements

All pets must be on a lead or in a cage when entering and exiting the shopping centre.
Their is a maximum of 5 people (plus 2 pets) allowed in the Santa Set at any time.
Owners must provide waste disposal bags for their pet. These must be disposed of outside of the shopping centre.
Owners are responsible for controlling their pets at all times. Centre Management and Santa Photography staff reserve the right to ask any owners with pets presenting aggressive or abnormal behaviours to exit the shopping centre immediately.
1.5m social distancing must be adhered to when visiting Santa
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend.
