Event description

Stuck in limbo in Indonesia after Australia ‘stopped the boats’, three Afghan Hazara refugees, Muzafar, Khadim, and Tahira, built a community and started a school that inspired a refugee-led education revolution. Film Director, Jolyon Hoff, captures their story in The Staging Post. This is a remarkable film about friendship, connection and the power of a borderless community.

Join us for the chance to see the film and discuss it with both Hoff and Muzafar Ali. 

Funds raised will help support the Cisarua School in Indonesia.
