THE STILL POINT ~ BECOMING
Description
THE STILL POINT | SPRING
Becoming
A 3-Hour Spring Gathering
What feels true now?
Spring begins with possibility.
Something emerges. We become curious. We tend to what is asking for our care.
And as the season continues to unfold, there comes an opportunity to pause and notice what we have discovered along the way.
Becoming is our final gathering for Spring and an invitation to reconnect with what feels true for you now.
Not who you should be.
Not where you thought you would be by now.
Not a finish line or a destination.
Simply an opportunity to notice yourself as you are.
Throughout our time together, we'll gently hold one simple question:
What feels true now?
Through guided reflection, gentle somatic and embodiment practices, nervous system support and quiet space to listen, we'll explore what has become clearer, what you may be ready to acknowledge, and what feels important to carry with you as the season begins to change.
Spring has been a gentle unfolding into possibility.
A season to meet yourself with curiosity, tend to what is emerging with care, and discover what becomes possible when you move in rhythm with your own nature.
Becoming gives us space to notice what that journey has revealed.
Not to rush towards Summer or decide what happens next.
To recognise what is here now.
Throughout our time together we may weave:
๐ Seasonal herbal tea
๐ Guided reflection
๐ Somatic and embodiment practices
๐ Breathwork
๐ Nervous system regulation
๐ Reiki relaxation
๐ Quiet rest
Each element is intentionally chosen to support you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and listen to what feels true beneath the noise of everyday life.
