THE STILL POINT | SPRING

Emergence

A Spring Day Retreat

What is ready to emerge?

As Spring begins to unfold, nature reminds us that growth doesn't need to be rushed. New life doesn't appear all at once. It emerges gradually, responding to the changing season in its own time.

Perhaps we are no different.

Emergence is our first gathering for Spring and an invitation to gently reconnect with yourself after the quiet of Winter.

Throughout our time together, we'll gently hold one simple question:

What is ready to emerge?

Not to force change or seek answers, but to become curious about what this new season is inviting.

What this day offers

This is a carefully held space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

Through a series of grounded, guided practices, you'll be supported to:

• regulate your nervous system
• reconnect with your body
• deepen your awareness
• create space for quiet reflection
• notice what is ready to emerge

Because growth doesn't come from pushing harder.

It comes when we create the conditions for it to unfold naturally.

The experience

This is a deeply personal experience, held within a shared space.

You are not required to share.

You are not asked to perform.

You will be guided inward while being supported in the presence of others doing the same.

There is something powerful about honouring your own journey while being witnessed by a community walking alongside you.

Spring

Spring is a season of possibility.

A gentle unfolding into possibility. A season to meet yourself with curiosity, tend to what is emerging with care, and discover what becomes possible when you move in rhythm with your own nature.

Just as nature begins to awaken after Winter, we too are invited to notice what is quietly coming to life within us.

Not through force.

But through curiosity.

The seasonal nourishment shared throughout the day is thoughtfully prepared to support this transition, helping you feel grounded, nourished and resourced.

You will leave with

• a deeper connection to yourself
• greater trust in your own knowing
• renewed clarity
• a stronger sense of possibility
• practical practices to support you throughout the season
