THE STILL POINT: RECEIVING

A Winter Nervous System Gathering
3-Hour Seasonal Experience

There comes a point where healing is no longer about doing more.

It becomes about learning how to receive.

Support.
Rest.
Stillness.
Nourishment.
Life itself.

The Still Point: Receiving is a 3-hour Winter gathering designed to support the nervous system through the deeper themes of the Water element season.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Winter is connected to the Kidneys and Bladder — the body’s foundation of energy, safety, and inner reserves.

This season invites us to slow down, soften urgency, and reconnect with the quieter wisdom beneath constant doing.

Many people are deeply practiced at holding everything together.

But receiving can feel unfamiliar.

Even unsafe.

This space was created to gently explore what becomes possible when the body no longer believes it must stay braced all the time.

Throughout the experience we’ll weave together:

• ceremonial cacao
• breathwork
• nervous system regulation
• somatic practices
• guided reflection
• restorative yin
• Reiki relaxation
• seasonal nourishment and tea

Not to push for transformation —
but to create the conditions where restoration can naturally occur.

This is a deeply held space.

No pressure to share.
No expectation to perform.

Just an invitation to soften, replenish, and reconnect with yourself through Winter.
