Combining the hilarity of drag queen trivia, the intellectual pace of music bingo and the energy of a live rock covers band, there's something for absolutely everyone in The Stop Hunger Games!
As the name implies, this fundraiser is helping to fight hunger on the city streets. A grassroots initiative called Sydney Food Share*
*Sydney Food Share is not (yet) a registered charity.
Lineup
Lisa Morgan
Lisa is an internationally respected singer whose incredible musical versatility encompasses styles including jazz, bossa, blues, folk, Catholic/Christian, gospel, classical, musical theatre, pop/contemporary and non-Western styles. Lisa performs wedding ceremonies and receptions, funerals and memorials as well as cabaret, festivals and corporate events. Lisa performs as a soloist, duo or larger band, as well as with acapella choirs & vocal ensembles. She is a songwriter and choral director/arranger.
Miranda Fair
Miranda Fair is a retro-styled singing Retail Therapist from the Sutherland Shire. She is the consummate entertainer: unboring trivia mistress, inspiring karaoke hostess, portable cabaret performer, bubbly festival MC, sultry jazz singer and more! Miranda bringa life, sparkle and fun to any birthday, anniversary, private party or corporate event. She sings to backing tracks with her portable but powerful PA; she can gather her talented, dedicated jazz band around her; or she can summon a fully featured karaoke gig. She can provide a brief, glamorous highlight at a small event or provide hours of entertainment at a larger gathering. Miranda enhances corporate events, wedding receptions, birthdays and other celebrations across Greater Sydney.
