The Storytellers Club - Term 4, 2026
Description
Welcome to The Storytellers Club!
This is a workshop for highly motivated young writers (9 - 14 years old) who are eager to write, learn new skills, and find inspiration in a variety of creative writing prompts and engaging discussions each week. This is the perfect space for young writers who love listening to the work of their peers and offering constructive feedback, as well as sharing their own writing (if they want to).
Whatever their current level, this workshop is suitable for those who are truly excited about writing and want to practice and learn how to become better writers. Please know it will be assumed that they have basic writing skills and the ability to write fairly independently when they join us.
✏️ This workshop is held online via Zoom, for 8 weeks during school terms (Vic, Aus). Young writers are welcome from near and far!
✏️ Please come prepared with writing paper and a pencil. We will also prepare an Online Writing Book for those who wish to type.
✏️ To help us provide feedback to students who are handwriting, please send us a photo of their pages after each workshop.
✏️ Limited to 10 writers per session.
✏️ Join us casually, or save when you book for the 8-week term!
If you are unsure if this workshop is suitable for your child, please feel free to contact us to ask before booking.
We also offer one-to-one Mentorships throughout the week! You can read more about this option on our website.
