Description

The Summit 2026: Driving Opportunity, Capability and Connection

The Summit is the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (NSWICC)'s flagship annual event — a powerful two-day gathering that brings together Indigenous businesses, government, industry and partners to create real outcomes.

Taking place on 2–3 November 2026 at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, on Wonnarua Country, The Summit 2026 will deliver two full days of collaboration, insight, opportunity and connection in one of regional NSW's premier destinations.

The Summit is a national platform for strengthening Indigenous participation across supply chains, workforce development and economic growth. It provides a space for Indigenous businesses to showcase capability, buyers to engage directly with suppliers, and government and industry leaders to advance practical solutions in procurement, employment and partnerships.

What to expect

Across two days, delegates will experience:

  • Plenary sessions and panel discussions led by Indigenous and industry leaders

  • An Indigenous business marketplace and tradeshow

  • Dedicated employment and workforce development content

  • Participate in a Cultural Wellbeing Space

  • Case studies showcasing best practice in Indigenous procurement and engagement

  • Networking opportunities designed to foster meaningful relationships and collaboration

  • The Summit Gala Dinner & Awards celebrating excellence and impact (ticketed separately)

Over the past five years, The Summit has become a trusted forum for driving connection and partnership across sectors including infrastructure, construction, mining, renewables, professional services and government. Delivered by NSWICC, the event continues to evolve in response to the needs of Indigenous businesses and the organisations that work with them.

The Summit 2026 – Ticketing FAQ

  • What ticket do I need to attend The Summit?

You can choose from a Full Summit Pass (both days) or a single-day pass for Day 1 or Day 2. We recommend the Full Summit Pass — it is the most cost-effective option and gives you access to everything across both days.

  • Is the Gala Dinner included in my ticket?

No — the Awards & Gala Dinner is a separate ticketed event held on the evening of Day 2 (Tuesday 3 November 2026). It must be purchased in addition to your Summit Pass.

  • Where do I enter my discount code?

Unlike access codes (which unlock ticket types), discount codes are entered at checkout when finalising your payment.

  • Can I use more than one code at checkout?

Only one discount code can be applied per order at checkout.

  • Is there a discount for group bookings at the Gala Dinner?

Yes — a 10% discount is automatically applied when purchasing 10 Gala Dinner tickets, effectively giving you the 10th ticket for free and securing a full table for your organisation.

  • What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event (by 3 October 2026). After this date, tickets are non-refundable, but ticket transfers to another person can be arranged by contacting events@nswicc.com.au.

  • What is an access code and do I need one?

Access codes are used by NSWICC Members and Partners to unlock exclusive pricing tiers. If you are an NSWICC Member or Partner, you should have received your unique access code from NSWICC. If you have not received yours, contact events@nswicc.com.au. If you are a general attendee, no access code is needed — simply proceed to select your tickets.

  • Where do I enter my access code?

Enter your access code in the "Discount or access code" field at the top of the ticketing page, then click Apply. Your Member or Partner ticket options will appear once the code is accepted. Access codes must be entered before selecting tickets — they cannot be applied after tickets have been chosen.

  • My access code isn't working — what do I do?

Double-check that you have entered the code exactly as provided, including any hyphens. Codes are case-sensitive. If the issue persists, contact events@nswicc.com.au and the NSWICC Events Team will assist you.

  • Can I pay by invoice?

Yes — if your organisation requires a formal invoice for payment, simply select "Pay by Invoice" at the checkout. You will receive an invoice with payment details, and your tickets will be issued once payment has been confirmed.

  • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, ticket transfers are permitted. You can update the attendee details on your ticket via the "Manage Order" button in your confirmation email up until 30 days prior to the event.

  • Are dietary requirements catered for?

Yes, all standard dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free) will be catered for. You will be prompted to enter your dietary requirements during the checkout process.

  • Is the venue accessible?

Yes, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is fully accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements or require assistance during the event, please let us know during registration or contact our team at events@nswicc.com.au so we can ensure your needs are met.
