Settle into a warm, welcoming space with a cup of tea and light refreshments. We start with mindful mandala colouring, where you can get creative and relax whilst you colour and chat. We finish with a soothing sound healing and guided meditation, quiet reflection and heartfelt conversation.

There is nothing to achieve here...no expectations, no pressure. Just a chance to pause, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself before stepping into a new month ahead, feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a beautiful circle of like-minded people seeking rest, presence and gentle connection.

Your experience includes:

• Light morning tea & gentle conversation

• Mindful mandala colouring - all materials provided.

• Guided meditation and sound healing - a soft floor mattress to sink into, complete with cosy blanket and cushion are provided.

What to bring?

All you will need to bring is a water bottle and an open heart.
