The Sunday Social is a feel good wellness experience bringing together movement, sound healing, coffee and community - giving you the perfect excuse to slow down, fill your cup and start your Sunday feeling refreshed.
Whether you’re already deep into your wellness journey or simply craving a morning to yourself, this is a space to move, unwind and connect.
You’ll be split into two small groups, with each group experiencing both the mobility session and sound healing before coming together for coffee, connection and a little socialising.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded and ready for the week ahead.
What to expect
✨ Movement - Start the morning with a guided mobility session designed to move your body, release tension and leave you feeling good.
🔮 Sound Healing - Relax, reset and switch off with a beautiful sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system and create space to simply be.
☕ Coffee & Connection - Enjoy a coffee, connect with other like minded women and take your time soaking up the Sunday morning atmosphere.
🛍️ Wellness Pop-Ups - Explore a curated selection of local wellness brands and businesses throughout the morning.
🔥❄️ Sauna & Ice Baths - Make the most of Aspire’s sauna and ice bath facilities during the social portion of the morning. Completely optional, but there for you to enjoy if you’re keen for a little hot + cold reset!
Event Timeline
8:30am ARRIVAL - Arrive, check in and collect your wristband.
8:55am WELCOME - Meet your host and hear what’s in store for the morning.
9:00am-9:40am SESSION ONE
Group 1: Mobility Class
Group 2: Sound Healing
9:40am - 9:45am GROUP SWITCH - Quick changeover between sessions.
9:45am - 10:25am SESSION TWO
Group 1: Sound Healing
Group 2: Mobility Class
10:30am - 11:30am COFFEE + CONNECT + SAUNA/ICE - Grab a coffee, collect your supplement goodie bag, enjoy some sweet treats, explore the wellness pop-up stalls, make use of the sauna + ice baths and connect with others. A chance to slow down, mingle and enjoy the morning together.
11:30am FINISH
