The Sunrise Collective will be held on Elwood Beach on Fridays at 6am. If you have any trouble finding us, please reach out via 0421524430. There is ample free parking surrounding the beach should you be driving to meet us.

Location: In front of Elwood Bathers (beachside)

What do I need to bring?
Bring yourself, a towel, and your bathers if you are dipping, dunking, or think you may be tempted ;) and some cash or your card for a coffee afterward.

What do I wear?
Wear something you'd be comfortable to move in. Bathers underneath if you can - always helpful! Bring something loose and warm to change into afterward perhaps a coat or big jumper and socks (you'll thank me tomorrow!)

Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of parking at Elwood Bathers, which can easily be found on Google maps.

Stretching, movement - do I need to have practiced yoga?
Absolutely not. We will be doing a short movement practice just to warm up and loosen up the body, which will be super accessible to everyone. You won't need to bring a yoga mat, just your towel.

What if I don't know anyone?
Don't worry. There are plenty of others coming solo and we won't be strangers for long. We also have men, women, old, young, and all in-between. So this really is open to anyone and everyone.

Will there be coffee?
Yes! We will all head over to Gypsea Yoga (cafe) after our dunk to give you that caffeine fix and help warm you up post-dunk, there will also be tea available for the non-coffee drinkers.

How long will we go for?
Until 7.30 am to leave time for ample chats and coffee post dunk, but if you need to head off early you absolutely can do so.
