The Surreal and the Sublime: exploring dynamic ideas within The Chartwell Collection

Join Sue Gardiner, co-Director of the Chartwell Collection Trust, for an insightful talk at 11 AM about the Chartwell Collection. This event is part of curator Dr. Kyla Mackenzie’s exhibition, Stop Making Sense, which showcases works from the Chartwell Collection at the Suter Art Gallery for the first time. The Chartwell Collection, held on long-term loan at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki, features contemporary New Zealand and Australian art and is celebrating its 50th Anniversary with exhibitions across Aotearoa.
