A wellbeing workshop for navigating reality without sacrificing yourself.
From running a business or farm to raising a family and keeping your community strong, rural life comes with a lot of demands that can leave you burnt out, overwhelmed and struggling to switch off, and looking for real, practical tools for boosting your energy and protecting your mental health - without the fluff.
This workshop will cover:
- Practical techniques to manage stress and prevent burnout in your daily operations
- A clear framework for managing your time and energy
- Specific strategies to combat feelings of isolation, overwhelm and uncertainty
- Hands -on exercises to identify your unique wellbeing needs and solutions
- Supportive connections and real conversations with others facing similar challenges
The workshop includes morning tea and lunch, following the workshop.
The full cost of this workshop is $500 which has been heavily reduced thanks to the support of event sponsors.
