THE SWaY PROJECT: Sing Well for You!

Join the well-being choir which is giving back to frontline health workers for their tireless work during the COVID19 pandemic.

SWaY is created by the warm and effervescent singer-conductor-educator Marianne Rigby.

Over 5 weeks, Marianne will use the science of song to lift your mood, calm your mind & soothe your spirit.

Each session will include breathing, stretching, mindfulness, vocal warm-ups and, of course, songs to give you inspiration and tranquility.

Release endorphins, oxytocin and adrenalin through the joy of singing.
