The Symbolism of Birds - Crafternoon
Event description
In this crafternoon session, we will explore the symbolism of birds throughout history and across various cultures. As we learn about these symbolic meanings, you will have the opportunity to create collages, drawings, or textile works inspired by these stories. We will provide craft materials for you to use, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
For those who wish to, we will take a walk on the Star Swamp Bushland trail after the craft session between 4 - 5pm.

I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work, the Whadjuk people of Noongar Boodjar. I recognise their continued connection to the land and waters of this beautiful place, and acknowledge that they never ceded sovereignty. I pay my respect all Whadjuk Elders and Ancestors, and any First Nations people.
