We welcome individuals to an exciting interactive workshop to better understand and integrate Yin/Fem' and Yang/Masc' polarity into all your relating dynamics.

Free and Kahu offer fresh contemporary insight & perspective on how to create mature wholesome connection with self, others, and particularly with a romantic partner.

The quality of their work is built upon timeless Taoist wisdom that is simply poetry, gathered by revering nature's way.

Bring a willingness to invest in your relationship, through increasing awareness and understanding of relational polarity. We'll use breathwork, movement, and playful activities to integrate this into our relating-ships

ABOUT FREE AND KAHU:

Free & Kahu are both holistic bodywork professionals, who work with clients locally and all over the world online. Together they share a passion for relating, offering Intimacy Coaching and Relating-ship Support to couples as well as Life Coaching and Well Being Support to individuals.

Seasoned therapists in their field, they teach weekly classes supporting bodywork students to attain qualification to become therapists.

As adult educators and group facilitators they lead workshops and co ordinate festival events, host retreats worldwide and specialise in community connection. Their intention to ‘Care for the carers', ‘hold space for those holding space’, and ‘serve the servers’ is well received and appreciated where ever they go.

What Free offers as a therapist ~

Free has a mature touch that welcomes a silent healing conversation to arise from shared stillness. He is a passionate student of life and a guide, being ever curious to learn from every detail of discovery. His heartfelt intention to sincerely care, shines brightly in his work as a bodywork therapist.

Free specializes in 2-3 hour sessions for clients that value the personal investment of a deeply supported meditative treatment. He's much appreciated for his willingness to sensitively care for clients with bodywork, counsel and coaching.

*Free also hosts a weekly Men's group at Mt Ninderry 'The Tao of Brotherhood' consisting of a strong bond of blokes delving into the mystery of thoughtfulness.

What Kahu offers as a therapist ~

Kahu is a soulful woman, offering radical honesty & authentic presence to every being she meets. As a therapist, she welcomes clients to simply surrender into the safe space she holds, inviting their intentions and healing journey to unfold naturally. Kahu explores with feminine fluidity and gentle strength, intuitively guided to where her client most needs attention.

Within her Couple’s Coaching & Relating-ship sessions Kahu specializes in the realm of psycho-emotional support. Guided by curiosity, engaging bravery and feeling fully accepted, clients discover their own heartfelt realisations, powerful insights, and revelations.

*Kahu also hosts a weekly Heart Singing Circle at Mt Ninderry, where anyone who finds great joy in singing from the heart is welcome to join. 

When not at home, Free & Kahu travel to festivals, community events and retreats worldwide to share their offerings of service.
