Please note that The Tea Room is located on the upper level of The Grounds Coffee Factory, accessible via two flights of stairs with no direct lift access. If you or someone in your group requires special accessibility arrangements, please contact us on (02) 9699 2225 before booking so we can discuss available options. We appreciate your understanding and aim to make every guest feel welcome and supported.
How to book
Step 1: Choose your date.
Step 2: Confirm your quantity (min. 20 and max. 39 guests).
Step 3: Confirm your preferred 2 hour seating time during the checkout process (8am, 8:30am, or 9am).
Dates will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis so please act quickly to ensure you don't miss out!

Bookings for this experience require a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 39 guests. For larger groups of 40+ people, please contact us on (02) 9699 2225 or online here to speak with our Events Team. Please note that a minimum spend of AUD$3k+ will apply for larger groups.
The menu, table-setting and room styling is as standard and cannot be changed for individual bookings. This experience is also not suitable for weddings. Please contact our Events Team for custom options and alternative packages.
Styling may differ from the images shown. Please leave all candles, flowers, and tableware behind after your experience. Missing items may incur a charge.
All bookings must be made at least 72-hours in advance.
Can't make it? Refunds are available up to 7-days before your experience.
Refunds cover the face value of the ticket but not booking fees, as these are charged by Humanitx. For details, check out their website.
Drinks are not included in your experience, but will be available to purchase on the day. Alcohol is only available to guests aged 18+ years after 10am.
Every guest at this experience must hold a valid ticket.
