Winter Wonderland | Private Snow Sessions at The Grounds

It’s true, there really is snow place like The Grounds of Alexandria! This winter, we're offering you the chance to book a 5-minute private session for you and your crew to frolic in the falling snow. As the blizzard rages, you'll have the perfect opportunity to capture the magic on your camera or smartphone - without the crowds - to share with family and friends.

Please note that photography services are not included in this package, so bring your own camera or smartphone to capture the magic. Personal photography only. Commercial photoshoots are not permitted during this experience.

Please Note

• Each snow session at The Grounds of Alexandria lasts no longer than 5 minutes and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Arrive on time to make the most of your experience, and be sure to check our refund, latecomer, and no-show policies below.

• This ticket does not grant private or exclusive access to our Winter Wonderland laneway experience.

• Bookings are essential, so secure your spot before they melt away!

• Max. of one ticket per person.

• Entry to this experience will be via the Bourke Road Gate, located beside The Potting Shed.

• Please have your printed ticket ready to show our friendly staff whenever requested.

• Well-behaved pets on leads are welcome to join in the snowy fun!

• No photography services are included, so bring your own camera or smartphone to capture the magic.

• Commercial photoshoots will not be permitted in this experience.

• This is an outdoor event and subject to weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather, The Grounds will contact all affected ticket holders, providing as much notice as possible. If the event is cancelled due to severe conditions, sessions will be refunded, as unfortunately, rescheduling won’t be possible.

• Make the most of your visit by booking a table at The Potting Shed before or after your snow session for a seamless (and delicious!) experience.

Important Information

Refunds: Due to limited availability, refund requests must be made at least 72 hours before your session. Requests within 72 hours will not be considered under any circumstance.

Latecomers: If you arrive late, your session will start upon arrival but must still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other guests. This means your session may be shorter than 5 minutes, and no refunds (partial or otherwise) will be issued.

No-Shows: If you miss your session or arrive after your scheduled time, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
